We are fortunate to have a wide-ranging membership from around New England, the country, and the world. Many of our members have been with us for 10, 20, 30 years or more, but we’ve also welcomed lots of new members in recent years. If you’ve got an interest in streetcars, horsecars, subways, trains, buses, or even Boston in general, we’d be happy to have you on board!

On top of being a part of a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, as a member in good standing you’ll receive some great benefits—click a membership type below to see them.

Regular Membership – Age 18+ ($25 per year)
  • Receive RollSign Magazine
  • Receive a FREE copy if new BSRA publications (Bulletins) at time of publication
  • Can vote and hold office
Intermediate Membership – Under Age 18 ($20 per year)
  • Same benefits as Regular Membership, except cannot vote or hold office
  • Upon turning 18, becomes Regular Member after notifying the Association
Associate Membership ($20 per year)
  • Receive RollSign Magazine
  • Receive a 40% discount on new BSRA publications (Bulletins) at time of publication
  • Cannot vote or hold office
RollSign Subscription Only ($16 per year)
  • Receives RollSign Magazine only
