Orders can be placed online through this online storefront. If you live outside the United States, or have difficulty using the online store, you can also email us at email@example.com with your desired order, and we can create an invoice for you. We also accept mail order sales from our Publications Catalogs, which are mailed bimonthly to past customers and all BSRA Members.
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal through our online store interface. If you’d like to pay by check or money order, you can place your order online, select “Pay by Check” at checkout, and mail us a check to the listed address. Your order will ship upon receipt of your payment.
Order Fulfillment & Product Availability
All online and mail orders are fulfilled in the order in which they are received, by our publications volunteer, who typically works 2-3 times per week. Please allow for additional processing time when ordering for a specific holiday or date.
In the event that an item you ordered has become out of stock, we will do our best to re-order the item and send it to you in a timely manner.
All of our U.S. retail orders are shipped via US Postal Service. We offer two levels of shipping: Media Mail and Priority Mail. Media Mail orders typically take 2-8 days, from time of shipment. Priority Mail orders typically take 2-3 days, from time of shipment. Please bear in mind that our volunteer typically fulfills orders 2-3 times per week, so your order may take up to a week of additional processing time.
Wholesale orders are generally shipped via US Postal Service, but we can ship via FedEx or UPS if desired. (Buyer pays shipping costs.) We can also occasionally offer hand delivery of wholesale orders to stores in the Boston area; please inquire at the time of your order if you are interested.
Pre-orders and Back Orders
We may offer pre-orders for an upcoming title, or backorders for those that are temporarily out of stock. These will be processed upon our receiving the stock, and will be shipped in the order in which the orders were received.
International Customers (Outside the U.S.)
We are working on allowing international sales directly in our store, but for now, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the items you’d like to purchase, and we’ll get back to you with a shipping quote and a PayPal invoice, which can be paid by credit card. Thank you for your patience!
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the incorrect item, we will gladly work with you to replace the item or correct the problem. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your order. We will reimburse or credit you for return postage (via Media Mail).
All other returns must be in original, like-new condition (in original shrink wrap or sealed packaging) to be eligible for return, and the process must be initiated within 30 days of your order. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund (or store credit) for said item(s), less original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE: Clearance items, Used/Rare Books, Vintage Items, Maps, Calendars, and Event Tickets are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.

Credit Card Processing
Our online credit card orders are processed externally via PayPal. Your credit card information is not seen or stored by BSRA. For more information about PayPal, click here.
In-person credit card sales at our meetings and hobby shows are processed via Square. For more information about Square, click here.
We produce a bi-monthly print publications catalog, which is mailed to all BSRA Members, as well as recent customers of our mail order and/or online stores. We also plan to offer monthly e-mail newsletters to online store customers in the near future.
