We are pleased to announce a BSRA member Green Line fantrip celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the MBTA. This trip will occur on Sunday, September 29, 2024, and all active BSRA members are encouraged to purchase admission to the trip. Update as of 9/5: The planned equipment for this trip has been increased to a 3-car train, which is extremely unusual in recent times!
Trip admission is available for $10 per person, with a strict limit of 2 per active BSRA member. Please note: If multiple orders are placed by the same member, only the first 2 admissions will be confirmed and excess orders will be refunded.
Important notes: We will NOT distribute tickets. Instead, we will check your name off our list as you arrive on the day of the trip. Seats are limited, and we will sell no seats beyond our cutoff date of September 27 or when all available seats are claimed, on a first come, first served basis. Orders will only be available to ACTIVE BSRA MEMBERS until September 20; after that, we will accept orders from non-members if seats remain available. Non-members who place an order prior to Sep. 20 will have their orders held unconfirmed until this date, and possibly refunded if we have run out of space prior to opening it up to all.
The trip will run RAIN OR SHINE, however in the event of extreme weather or unexpected service disruption, we will operate the trip on October 13 – notice will be posted on our website, and emailed to purchasers, in the event the date must change.
